Установлена прямая корреляция между содержанием антоцианинов в лепестках красных роз и величиной антиоксидантной активности спиртовых экстрактов лепестков. Сравнение спектров поглощения экстрактов лепестков роз в воде, спирте, 1% лимонной кислоте и гексане выявило, что соотношение величины поглощения гексановых экстрактов при 200/285 нм у устойчивых к выцветанию красных сортов составляет 11.5, а у не устойчивых - 6.65.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Polyphenol content and antioxidant activity of leaves and petals of hybrid tea cultivars of roses with red and yellow color are evaluated. A direct correlation between antocyanine concentration in red roses petals and the level of antioxidant activity of alcoholic petals extracts is demonstrated.
