Определено различие между сортами и формами А. kolomikta по коэффициенту размножения. Показано, что применение питательной среды QL c добавлением 6-БАП в концентрации 0,5 мг/л является оптимальным для эффективного клонального микроразмножения мужской формы, в концентрации 1,0 мг/л для женских форм и обоеполой.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>For the first time, the features of the regeneration capacity of various forms (male, female, bisexual) of promising Actinidia kolomikta cultivars at the propagation stage were revealed. The difference between cultivars and forms of A. kolomikta was determined by the multiplication rate.
