В статье показано, что эффективное образование спорофитов О. regalis наступало раньше (через 60 суток) и в большем процентном отношении (51,6%) на питательной среде с меньшим содержанием солей Vi МС, а исключение нитрата аммония и витаминов из среды значительно усиливало рост спорофитов, по сравнению с другими вариантами сред и контролем.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>One of the important stages for the propagation of the rare endangered fern Osmunda regalis L. through spores is the regeneration of sporophytes from gametophytes at in vitro culture.
