Установлены кинетические зависимости динамики накопления монотерпеновых компонентов в исследуемых растениях по степеням циклизации с выяснением влияния пластидной мембраны на кинетические характеристики образования бициклических монотерпенов, а также представлена локализация биосинтеза в растительной клетке ациклических и моноциклических монотерпенов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>By chromate-mass spectrometer method it was positioned the qualitative and quantitative maintenance of terpeneʹs components in hexane extracts obtained from plant samples of Artemisia balchanorum Krasch, corresponded to all phases of its vegetation. The relative graphic-analytical and template analyses of the received experimental and modelling settlement data based on own methodical approaches are carried out. One determined the kinetic dependences for a dynamical accumulation of monoterpeneʹs components in investigated plants according to degrees of ring formation to study the influence of a plastid membrane on the kinetic characteristics of the bicyclic monoterpenes formation, and also to obtain the data of the biosynthesis localization of acyclic and monocyclic monoterpenes in a plant cell.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>монотерпены</kwd><kwd>кинетика</kwd><kwd>константа биосинтеза</kwd><kwd>пластидная мембрана</kwd><kwd>Artemisia L</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>monoterpenes</kwd><kwd>kinetics</kwd><kwd>a biosynthesis constant</kwd><kwd>plastid membrane</kwd><kwd>Artemisia L</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Устименко В.Н., Ходаков Г.В.
