Установлено, что для получения безвирусных in vitro растений оптимальная концентрация рибавирина в питательной среде для микроклонального размножения - 50 мг/л. Для освобождения от вирусов инфицированных растений со 100% результативностью требуется 3 пассажа по 45 дней in vitro побегов на питательную среду с противовирусным препаратом рибавирин. Для корнеобразования in vitro побегов яблони (50-90%) эффективна ½ концентрация питательной среды Мурасиге и Скуга с добавлением 0,25 мг/л индолилмасляной кислоты, 1,25 г/л джелрайта, 4 г/л агара, рН 5,7. На первом этапе для адаптации растений яблони (85-90%) к почвенному субстрату после перевода из условий in vitro необходимо накрывать их пластиковыми колпаками для сохранения влаги. Требуется равномерное проветривание саженцев для предотвращения образования гнили и плесени.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Chemotherapy with ribavirin has been used as a method for healthy in vitro apple shoots obtaining. Three subcultures of in vitro plants for 45 days each on Murashige and Skoog medium with 50 mg/L of ribavirin resulted in virus elimination with 100% efficiency. Half concentration of Murashige and Skoog mineral components with 0.25 mg/L indolylbutyric acid, 1.25 g/L gelrite, 4 g/L agar, pH 5.7 was efficient for in vitro root formation (50-90%). At the first stage, for the adaptation of apple plants (85-90%) at the soil substrate, after transferring shoots from in vitro conditions, it is necessary to cover them with a plastic cap to retain moisture.
