(бархатцы мелкие) при выращивании в Северном Присивашье за 2020-2022 гг. Установлено, что в условиях данного региона бархатцы мелкие проходят все фазы развития и формируют полноценные семена. Массовая доля эфирного масла, полученная методом гидродистилляции, в среднем составляет в свежем сырье 0,33±0,02% от сырой массы, в соцветиях - 0,36±0,01%, листьях - 0,21±0,02%. Мажорными компонентами эфирного масла, определенными с помощью аппаратно-программного комплекса на базе хроматографа «Хроматэк-Кристалл 5000.2», из надземной массы и соцветий являются (Е)-оцимен (19,28-30,11% и 22,40-22,66% соответственно) и его производные: (E)-тагетенон (15,35-25,69% и 40,6-41,78%) и (Z)-тагетеноны (5,36-18,45% и 9,0-13,73%); из листьев - (Z)- (до 57%) и (E)-(до 17%) тагетеноны. Полученные данные позволяют отнести эфирное масло из надземной части Tagetes minuta, выращенных в условиях Присивашья, к оцименово-тагетеноновому хемотипу (Gil, 2000). Такое эфирное масло, благодаря высокому содержанию оцимена и тагетенонов, является перспективным для применения в косметологической и фармакологической промышленности.  </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Data on the development features, mass fraction and component composition of Tagetes minuta L. essential oil (small marigolds) when grown in the Northern Prisivashie region for 2020-2022 are presented. It has been established that in the conditions of this region, small marigolds go through all phases of development and form full-fledged seeds. The mass fraction of essential oil obtained by hydrodistillation averages 0.33± 0.02% of the wet weight in fresh raw materials, 0.36± 0.01% in inflorescences, 0.21± 0.02% in leaves. The major components of the essential oil, determined using a hardware and software complex based on the chromatograph "Chromatek-Crystal 5000.2", from the aboveground mass and inflorescences are (E)-ocimene (19.28 - 30.11% and 22.40 - 22.66%, respectively) and its derivatives: (E)-tagetenone (15.35 - 25.69% and 40.6 - 41.78%) and (Z)tagetenones (5.36 - 18.45% and 9.0 - 13.73%); from leaves - (Z) - (up to 57%) and (E) - (up to 17%) tagetenones.
