Выявлены грибы с различными жизненными стратегиями – от эндофитов и условных патогенов до высоко агрессивных патогенных форм, способных вызывать массовые очаги заболевания. Группу наиболее опасных фитопатогенов составляют Diplodia sapinea (Fr.) P. Karst. и Botryosphaeria dothidea (Moug.) Ces. &amp; De Not с продолжительной эндофитной фазой, а также Cryphonectria parasitica (Murrill) M.E. Barr и Gnomoniopsis sp. В насаждениях кипарисов не выявлен опаснейший фитопатоген Seiridium сardinale (W.W. Wagener) B. Sutton &amp; I.A.S. Gibson при наличии схожего симптомокомплекса, и обнаружены виды рода Pestalotiopsis с неясным механизмом взаимодействия с растением-хозяином, что оставляет открытым вопрос об основном возбудителе заболевания Cupressus spp. на исследуемой территории.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The results of a mycological study of woody plants on the Black Sea coast of Russia and Abkhazia with molecular genetic verification of species are presented. Fungi with different life strategies have been identified - from endophytes and opportunistic pathogens to highly aggressive pathogenic forms capable of causing mass foci of the disease. The most dangerous phytopathogens are Diplodia sapinea (Fr.) P. Karst. and Botryosphaeria dothidea (Moug.) Ces. &amp; De Not with a long endophytic phase, as well as Cryphonectria parasitica (Murrill) M.E. Barr and Gnomoniopsis spp. In cypress plantations, the most dangerous phytopathogen Seiridium cardinale (W.W. Wagener) B. Sutton &amp; I.A.S. Gibson was not detected in the presence of a similar symptom complex.
