The history of introduction and present state of cork oak (Quercus suber L.). in the Nikita Botanical Gardens

Abstract
The characteristic of historic introduction periods of the representatives of the Quercus suber L. is given. The bioecological assessment of the representatives of the Quercus suber L. from the dendrological collection in the Arboretum of the Nikita Botanical Gardens is provided. Its environmental peculiarities are described. The dendrometric parameters of the oldest trees are given.
