Impact of different factors on content of tannins in the leaves of Betonica officinalis L. in the Southern and Middle Urals

Abstract

The variability of the content of tannins in the leaves of the plant Betonica officinalis L. in natural habitats and in culture in the taiga and forest-steppe zones of the Southern and Middle Urals was analyzed. The factors most influencing on the content of tannins in Betonica officinalis L. were established. The conditions under which there is a high content of tannins in the leaves of the plant Betonica officinalis L. were identified.
